Since this is a database, it meets our company's need for providing an easy access of information. As we have become a national company, this information can be accessed at any location, which is great. ACT for Notes has become a valuable tool for our company, allowing us to keep all notes in the database rather than paper notes, helping the team to stay connected. We have a strong IS department at our company and so we have not experienced limitations to the program that could not be addressed.
